The following terms and conditions relate to our call on social media for reels related to “What Does Inclusive Travel Mean To You”.
Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Passenger Assistance by Transreport will offer the chance to win a £25 numeration for creating and emailing to us a short reel sharing what inclusive travel means to you. We will choose 4 reels to share on our social media.
This competition will be valid from Monday 24th February 2025 at 08:30am to Monday 3rd March 2025 at 23:59 (GMT) at which time the competition will close and you should no longer submit reels. Any entries made before or after this time will not be valid.
To take part and for your reel to be considered, you should send your reel to us via email only, using the following email address: [email protected]
Please also send your name and social media handles so we can tag you on social media should your reel be selected to be shared.
From the reels emailed to us, we will select 4 reels to feature on our social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
If your reel is selected, you will be informed on Tuesday 4th March 2025 via email with a timeline of when we plan to share it. You will be asked to send us an invoice of £25 if your reel is selected.
The competition is open for only UK residents over 18 and only one entry will be accepted per individual.
- By submitting an entry, you confirm you are happy for the reel you submit to be shared on our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Should you reel be selected to be shared, the £25 renumeration fee is non-transferable and there is no voucher alternative available.
- Transreport/Passenger Assistance retain the right to alter the terms of this competition at any time.
- Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Only one entry per person.
- This competition is in no way affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
Data Protection
By entering the competition, you consent to the use of your personal data for the purposes of administering the completion and delivering the prize.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and UK data protection laws.
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your data.
Fraud Prevention
Transreport/ Passenger Assistance reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed to be fraudulent or to have violated the terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Transreport/Passenger Assistance will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the competition or the acceptance of the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by applicable laws.
