Passenger Assistance is there if support would help make your journey feel clearer and more manageable.

What support can you request?

Passenger Assistance can help you request support at the station or during your journey.
This might include help finding a platform, getting on or off the train, using a ramp, changing trains or getting clear information from staff.
You can also add notes in your own words.
Do I have to request assistance before I travel?
No.
Some people request assistance before they travel. Some people use Turn Up and Go. Some people travel spontaneously.
All of these choices are valid.
Passenger Assistance gives you another option if planning ahead helps you feel more prepared.
